Mintly offers digital creative services, including:

• Website design
• Website management
• Branding & identity
• Marketing assets
• Social media content
• AI-assisted content creation

All services are digital. No physical goods are provided.

2. Payments & Billing

• Website build fees must be paid before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
• Monthly plans (Website Care, Website + Social, Growth Plan) are billed automatically.
• Non-payment may result in paused or cancelled service.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide:

• Content (text, images, business details)
• Branding materials (if available)
• Timely feedback and approvals

Delays in providing materials may extend timelines.

4. Revisions

• Web design packages include revisions outlined in your tier.
• Monthly plans include unlimited small edits (under 20 minutes each).
• Large revisions or redesigns require an additional fee.

5. Ownership & Portfolio Rights

Upon final payment:

• You own the website content & branding we create for you.
• Mintly may display your project in our portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Third-Party Tools

Mintly is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms such as:

• Hosting providers
• Domain registrars
• Email providers
• AI tools
• Payment processors

7. Cancellations

• Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No partial refunds are offered.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mintly is not responsible for:

• Lost revenue
• Business interruption
• Downtime from third-party tools
• Cybersecurity breaches outside our control

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Mintly means you accept the latest version.
