Clear and straightforward terms for Mintly's refund policy

Due to the custom nature of digital design work, all payments made to Mintly are non-refundable once work has begun.
Once we have started working on your project, all payments are considered final and non-refundable. This includes any design work, consultations, revisions, or development.
Refunds may be issued only if no work has started and at Mintly's sole discretion. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel before we begin.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable and will not be prorated. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
